Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our marketing initiatives. The Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop marketing automation strategies, and ensure successful execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in email marketing automation, possesses technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and has a passion for optimizing marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business requirements and develop email marketing strategies and builds within Marketing Cloud

  • Design and implement complex marketing campaigns in Marketing Cloud including email campaigns, multi-channel journeys, and landing pages.

  • Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, ensuring data accuracy, proper tracking, and system integrations.

  • Provide guidance and support to marketing teams on best practices for Marketing Cloud usage, and campaign optimization.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and actively contribute to the growth of the marketing technology stack.

  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors as needed to integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 6 or more years of related experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with proven ability to deliver results

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, data & logic rules, AMPscript, email marketing, and reporting.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation concepts, practices, and industry trends.

  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization within Marketing Cloud.

  • Basic understanding of CDP and CRM integrations within Marketing Cloud.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with other marketing technologies, such as Google Analytics, Adobe CDP, Marketo,

  • PREFERRED: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect Certification

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
