About the team and the role:
The CVC Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Value Creation (CVC) management team. This position is crucial for providing detailed insights into various stream performances and delivering analytical data that drives strategic decision-making.

They will work closely with the Commercial leadership team & our Business Units to provide insights on customer impacting process, gathering voice of the customer and voice of the teammate insights. They will also be responsible for co delivering top customer service by managing action plans with our partner teams.

What you will accomplish:

  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and root causes affecting regional business metrics, GMV drivers, operational KPIs, and efficiency. Use findings to identify improvement areas and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the CVC leadership team through regular meetings and communication channels to capture insights on revenue generation and productivity metrics. Use this feedback to improve departmental performance.
  • Generate and deliver detailed reports on key growth, revenue, and productivity metrics to support the Operations Manager and aid in strategic planning.
  • Perform in-depth reviews of productivity, volume drivers, and service requests across various channels to assess their impact on growth and revenue, focusing on specific topics as vital.
  • Manage the Book of Business Quarterly updates for all CVC teams, collaborating with other departments as part of the Value Consultancy stream to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.
  • Support team leaders in developing innovative reporting capabilities by identifying and implementing methods to track and measure performance and impact across operations. This will involve exploring new data sources, analytical tools, and reporting techniques to better drive operational excellence.

What you will bring:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical platforms including experience with SQL

  • Ideal candidate is someone who has experience with reporting, managing customer metrics within a team, and who wishes to get a better understanding of the Ops components and end to end RTB

  • Proven experience in operations, data analysis, or a related field within a customer-focused environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, coordinate, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and possesses strong prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels of management.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Data Science, or related field.
