As Marketing Manager at Blank Street, your mission is to make our brand a meaningful part of culture.
You’ll lead our most visible, buzz-worthy moments - from high-profile partnerships and cultural events to buzz-worthy product launches, creating experiences that people remember, share, and talk about. Sitting at the intersection of culture, creativity, and execution, you’ll turn insights into activations that resonate with Gen Z, drive engagement, and elevate Blank Street’s premium, aspirational positioning.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a big thinker and doer who thrives on building experiences from idea to execution - and wants to help shape the future of a fast-growing, culturally relevant brand.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment, with proven success across brand partnerships and experiential marketing.
A creative thinker who can translate cultural insights into compelling ideas and executions.
Strong digital marketing experience, with the ability to integrate digital, social, and content channels into partnerships, campaigns, and experiential activations.
Deeply culturally fluent - plugged into trends across social, fashion, food, and lifestyle.
A marketing generalist with a strong understanding of the full marketing mix: brand, digital, social, and experiential.
Data-informed and comfortable using insights to guide strategy and optimize performance.
A confident project leader who can manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple workstreams.
A natural leader who inspires high standards, ambition, and collaboration.
