Role:

 

Are you a person who loves conducting investigations and resolving problems? We are looking for a vibrant candidate to join our team and help with working  and resolution of compliance cases. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Law preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling compliance cases

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills

  • Strong report writing skills

  • Able to handle stressful situations

  • Ability to work independently within a team-based environment

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome while maintaining integrity

  • Fluent in English

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and Google docs.

  • Knowledge of Zendesk ticketing system preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Initiating investigation of any compliance issue reported.

  • Perform thorough checks of client in questions based on the provided guidelines

  • Collaborate with different teams to identify the root cause

  • Give regular updates about cases to the team

  • Present report to the committee for final decision

  • Ability to close the case in the given timeline.

  • Monitor performance of the high risk clients.
