FIFO SHUTDOWN RIGGERS REQUIRED – Point of Hire Perth

Freo Group has requirements for Riggers of all skill levels – Minimum 12 months mining/Construction exposure



Key Responsibilities:

• Working on Crane Crews
• Conducting Dual lifts
• Counterweight Installation
• Setting up and pack ups Cranes
• Experience in Liebherr, Tadano, Grove, All-Terrain Cranes (22T 0 450T)
• Able to work autonomously as well in a team and follow instructions
• The highest Safety Standards are met, Safety and process-focussed

Mandatory Requirements:

• High Risk work Licence – RB minimum (with 12 months experience)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence preferred but not essential
• Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
• Enter and Work Confined Space (valid within 2 years), advantageous
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Construction White Card
• National Police Clearance – within 12 months old or ability to apply
• Pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screening prior to commencement

Additional advantageous Qualifications/Certificates:

• MSIC Card
• Current Site Inductions – BHP, Rio, Tinto, Sino, Karara, Goldfields
• Some of the sites need clean shaven – no facial hair allowed
