Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve leveraging our global delivery capability to ensure successful project execution and providing guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - End to End Project Management of the entire transition phase Risk & Issue Management, contractual deliverables for in-scope services Manages transition financials effectively with necessary contract / CR for scope changes - Drives stabilization activities - Expected to be an SME in Security Delivery Governance. - Expected to collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring project milestones are met. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure successful project execution. - Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Delivery Governance. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing security controls and measures. - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
