Overview

The Key Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with Blue Yonder’s most important clients. This role involves developing a deep understanding of client needs, driving customer success, and ensuring the delivery of Blue Yonder’s innovative supply chain solutions. The Key Account Director will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Blue Yonder’s solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing expert advice and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of Blue Yonder’s products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder’s solutions to key clients.
  • Monitor key account metrics and report on the success of customer engagements.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in account management or sales, preferably within the technology or supply chain industries, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
