What You'll Do:

  • Provide operational support to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and assist with sales support functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.

  • Actively participate in key industry associations and trade organizations.

  • Manage resource allocation and workflow for client presentations, RFP responses, data collection via HubSpot, and report preparation to support the sales team.

  • Proactively research prospective clients and new vertical markets to generate leads and drive business growth.

  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to boost sales volume and drive business development.

  • Organize and manage pre-conference email campaigns, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, webinars, in-person client events, and conference presentations.

  • Maintain accurate sales databases and CRM systems, generate detailed sales reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as HR, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and support for business development initiatives.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales support operations.

  • Continuously expand knowledge of healthcare staffing and managed services market trends, industry analyst updates, and competitive data by reviewing internal and external sources.

Who You Are:

Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems.

  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance features.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in achieving success in high performance, results driven sales organizations.

  • Strong background in selling to the healthcare industry across various client settings.

  • Healthcare staffing and recruiting experience with working knowledge of the drivers of the staffing industry and familiarity with Managed Services Programs and Vendor Management Solutions.
