Join us as an Associate Manager, where you will be at the forefront of leading a team of dedicated field service engineers across multiple states in Australia. Your leadership will be crucial in driving their success, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. We are looking for a passionate people leader with proven experience coaching and developing high performance teams from any industry!

Travel will be required for this role –spending time with the team and our customers across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long term strategy
  • Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
  • Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving development and culture
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians 
  • Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs 
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference  

Experience: 

  • People leadership experience managing remote field based teams to success
  • Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills 
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities 
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders 
  • Accountability for business results
  • Ability to effectively drive business objectives through leadership and management of people
  • Ability to achieve efficiencies and drive systematic improvement processes
