About the role

Strategic HR Partner: Align HR initiatives with St Vincent's people and culture strategy, partnering with the business on key projects and organisational change
People and Performance Culture Champion: Drive a high-performance culture by providing expert advice on P&C matters, including IR/ER, OD, and talent acquisition and retention
Policy and Compliance Expert: Ensure adherence to awards, agreements, accreditation standards, and legislation by advising on policy application and supporting employee relations matters
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize P&C data to inform strategic decisions and develop effective people strategies
Employee Experience and Development: Deliver high-quality onboarding and development programs, coordinate reward and recognition initiatives, and facilitate the implementation of P&C programs like staff engagement surveys and DE&I initiatives
About you
People and Culture Expertise: Demonstrated experience in organisational design, ER advice, and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering outcomes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Innovative Mindset: A passion for driving improvement and finding innovative solutions
Organisational Savvy: Strong understanding of the local campus environment and its nuances.
Industry Experience: Experience in a similar role in the healthcare or related sector, desirable not mandatory
