Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Service Center Benefits Admin Process Lead, this position is responsible for processing various employee benefits requests and transactions. Tracks and monitors transactions and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receives and responds to questions and issues regarding policies and programs related to Benefits, as escalated by Contact Center Representatives.

2. Use current information resources and databases on company policies, practices, and guidelines to research and resolve questions and issues as required. Escalates issues to HRSSC Benefits Admin Process Lead, as appropriate.

3. As directed and guided by the HRSSC Benefits Admin Process Lead, will participate in the new programs, policies deployed by the Employee Relations.

4. Responsible for meeting agreed individual Service Level Agreement and key performance indicators, mutually agreed with direct supervisor.

5. Assists in communicating Analog’s Benefits programs and projects through a variety of on-line and electronic tools and mechanisms.

6. Ensure that owned processes and documentations are in place to ensure proper transition when needed. May need to create and improve current processes in place.

7. Develop, review and update FAQs as needed.

8. Track, log, monitor and reports transactions through transaction log in SharePoint and ensure trackers are up to date for Contact Center reference.

9. Understand process risks and put in place contingencies or controls measure to manage them.

10. Document and report Root cause analysis (RCA) for misses in delivery of assigned services

11. Train and ensure to have someone as a back-up in case unable to report to work

12. Provide reports identified by the SMEs or the HRSSC Benefits Admin Process Lead

13. Participate in organizational activities

14. Attend mandatory/agreed trainings

15. Facilitate/attend and participate in team meetings

16. Promotes and adheres to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
