Operational Efficiency: manage HR day-to-day operations, including shared services while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
EHS & Risk Management: assist with ongoing EHS initiatives, conduct safety audits, and support compliance reporting to ensure alignment with regional regulations and effectively management of operational risks
HR Analytics & Reporting: manage analytics and ensure data integrity using tools like Workday and Power BI, assist with developing insights into workforce trends, optimize reporting, and support data-driven decision-making, vital for talent and compensation planning
Compensation & Benefits Coordination: work closely with the central team to streamline C&B processes
Support in Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and EHS
Experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) initiatives
Experience with data analytics tools
Proficiency in Workday
Ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively
