We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Finance Development team at Posti Service Center!

Posti Service Center is a group of professionals providing payroll, sales support, and finance services to Posti Group and Posti Business teams in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. We are based in Finland and Estonia.

We are embarking on a Finance Transformation journey at Posti, transitioning from the old ECC system to a new, future-proof landscape that includes SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM. The first phases of this transformation are already complete, and we are now in the process of moving the remaining processes and companies to SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM. This is a newly established role, and you will have the opportunity to shape it based on your expertise and experience.

Your main responsibilities in this role includes:

• Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, including overseeing tendering processes, comparing proposals, and conducting contract negotiations in co-operation with Posti Sourcing team
• Developing detailed project plans and timelines
• Managing project resources
• Monitoring project performance
• Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Managing changes to project scope and deliverables
• Facilitating meetings and workshops

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• Finance, Mathematical or Business administration related education (e.g. KTM or BBA in Finance or Business admin)
• Good knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and SAP Activate
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in a financial context, SAP BRIM, and interface technologies like Boomi and Aecorsoft
• Proven track record as a Project Manager
• Proven track record in project management responsibilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, budget management, and scope management
• Good collaboration and teamworking skills
• Customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Good communicational skills in both English and in Finnish
