A Day in the Life

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with paperwork related to patient information.
  • Manage phone calls from hospitals/ clinics.
  • Have the opportunity to observe sales’ work (e.g. pacemaker clinic, case support) once your tasks are completed.
  • Provide additional ad hoc administrative support as requested by the team.

Requirements:

  • Target Year 2 – 4 students. Majoring in science, engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus in biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated proactive and accountable approach.
  • Strong interest in medical devices & cardiology.
  • Fluency in both Cantonese and English.

Working schedule: 3-5 days per week during summer holidays, 2 days per week during semesters (negotiable during exam periods.)
