So, what will you be responsible for?

Bringing energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:

• Developing and monitoring and maintaining overall monthly project and operational costs
• Supporting the Inventory reconciliation within SAP for our external warehouse network
• Understanding of WIP and finished good storage transactions within the ERP system
• Applying technical understanding to solve problems in Supply Chain.
• Collaboration with external supply chain warehouse partners and internal warehouse and inventory control team 
• Supporting our logistics and transportation team with load planning, tracking, and customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with Global Trade Compliance and internal operational procedures.

 What learning or experience will you gain:

• Understanding and functional expertise within SAP inventory modules
• Collaboration with external supply chain warehouse partners and internal warehouse and inventory control team
• Experience of logistics and transportation management with load planning, tracking, tendering and customer service.
• Tracking and measuring performance of ocean steamship lines with cargo, while communicating in transit and shipment status report to GID Customer Service 

The ideal person:

• Pursuing a degree in Business/Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Willingness to tackle the challenges presented in the Supply Chain environment.
• Self-starter with drive for improvement and progression of assignments / projects
