Collaborate with the account team to identify issues and technical blockers within the customers environment that are preventing the customer from utilizing our Managed OpenShift offering.
 

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.
 

What You Will Bring:

  • Resolve customer’s technical blockers by resolving networking, security, firewall and other issues so the customer can create a production environment and identify a production workload. Present demos and proof of concepts to customers who need to understand the value proposition of Managed OpenShift. Design materials that help customers understand how to use Managed OpenShift, as well as design new plans to introduce customers to the service such as workshops. Gain relevant industry certifications and trainings on an ongoing basis to upskill and meet our customers’ needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Systems Management, or related field and four (4) years of experience with applications development or IT operations.
  • Must have four (4) years of experience with: Full-stack application development and deployment tools to deliver applications to production, including CI/CD, build, deployment, project management, automation, source code management, testing, quality/security, monitoring [APM], and modern programming languages/frameworks, as well as configuration of the same; the Kubernetes ecosystem, one or more Cloud Service Providers, DevOps and Agile.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience working as a specialist solution architect (or similar role) at an enterprise company.
  • Domestic travel required up to 25% of the time to client sites, conferences, workshops and internal company events. Travel expenses covered by Red Hat, Inc.

The salary range for this position is $132,205 - $198,720. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
