What You Will Do:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of how new construction and renovation projects are developed, furnished, and completed.
• Collaborate with Allegion Field Sales professionals to support their roles and learn best practices.
• Familiarize yourself with Construction Division 8 products and standards.
• Utilize digital tools and work with the sales team to qualify project leads.
• Develop target account queries in Dodge and share them with the sales team.
• Participate in Allegion product and sales training sessions.
• Obtain experience that creates a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion.
• Act as the first point of contact for Allegion customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email.
• Gain hands-on experience with sales processes, contributing to the development and optimization of sales strategies and workflows.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, architecture, construction, or a related field.
• Completion of junior year or above by the start of the internship.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative (e.g., school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects, etc.).
• Passion for building relationships.
• Competitive spirit and desire to be part of a winning team.
• High internal motivation, creativity, and forward-thinking ability.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating and delivering recommendations and information to groups.
• Strong organizational skills and technological savvy.
• Ability to stay organized and detail oriented.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
