In Poland, Amentum offices are located in Warsaw and Kraków. The latter is our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) hub, employing over 130 professionals across both Project Delivery (Project Services and Creative Sales Services) and Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Planning & Analysis).
We are currently looking for an HR Benefits Specialist | Specjalista/ Specjalistka ds. Benefitów to join our growing team in Krakow.
Responsibilities:
Provide benefits fulfilment support to the Benefits Analysts and International Benefits Plan Manager as directed. Key responsibility of this role is weekly & monthly internal Sickness Absence reporting and analysis
Support employees with escalated benefit queries for the Europe region which may include consulting with vendors and escalating further to Benefits Analysts if required
Advise employees regarding benefit programs, policies, practices, and procedures. Explain benefit options and required documentation for new hires, qualifying events, open enrollment, terminating/retiring employees
Reconcile and submit HR related invoices – including analysis of spreadsheet data and identification of issues/errors; consultation with vendors/AP/GL/Invoice Team
Process the weekly/monthly childcare amendments, checks and manual orders including payment of order; process childcare vouchers refund and make sure all credit nots for that are received and processed
Support to process Car Scheme applications - analyzing employee eligibility, filling necessary documents, signing vendor's documentation; reporting issues to vendor and collaboration on process improvements with Tier 3 team
Support the preparation for annual Benefits Enrollment window, including participate in BMUK Marketplace portal testing, support the process from end to end, support in Benefits guide creation
Process reports and benefits elements check for salary payments
Work closely with HR and other teams like Process Team, Employee Life Cycle Team, Payroll Team, Knowledge Team, HR Regionals and HR Delivery
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good eye for detail
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
Customer- oriented team player
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Knowledge of HR or Payroll policies and processes an advantage but not essential.
