This role follows an onsite model to accommodate business needs while maintaining team collaboration.

Hours: Second shift; M - Th; 1:30pm - Midnight

Summary: Supervise all aspects of the Diagnostic Product Assembly group to support the Diagnostic Sales and Marketing efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule product assembly activities in conjunction with manufacturing schedule to meet inventory requirements.

• Package bulk solutions and components into final product packaging.

• Assemble product components to meet production schedules.

• Prepare component and product labels.

• Maintain equipment and facilities at a level suitable to meet assembly demands.

• Train new assembly employees.

• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures to meet current ISO requirements.

• Provide raw material, WIP and final product inventory information.

• Evaluates assembly employees on an annual basis. 

• Supervises direct reports.

• May work in different buildings as production needs require.

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in production packaging or group supervision.  Familiarity with good manufacturing practices is desirable.

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
