Be an active member of the Administration team, with immediate responsibilities of Administration functions including (Travel Management, Visits, and expat accommodation).

Travel Management operation

• Manage all travel logistics with the agency.

• Work on the invoices

• Finding solutions to reduce the cost

• Travel policy education plan

Visits arrangements    

• Before the visit, Invitation letters creation, provide other visa required documents from us as host, recommending hotels (within the budget), arranging transportation, manage any inquiry sent from the visitor

• During the visit, supervise arranging meals, coffee breaks

Expats (Entry visa ,work permit, housing )

• Coordinate searching for expats’ houses according to their budget and their preferences, through a broker

• Handle the contracting process, periodic payments according to the agreement between the company and the landlord.

• Handle the closure of the contract process

Events coordination      

• Coordinate with the Communications team and fulfill their requirements

Qualifications and relevant experience:

• Bachelor`s degree in business administration or relevant degree

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in English and Arabic languages

• Outsourced supplier management experience is an advantage

• SAP experience is Plus
