Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. - Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of business value. - Continuously improve team performance by identifying and addressing areas of improvement, leveraging good practices and lessons learned. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum methodologies. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Agile methodologies. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
