Are you passionate about valuation analysis and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic investment environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Valuations Senior Analyst (credit) to join our Fund Finance team at Pantheon, a global leader in private markets.

Why You’ll Love This Role: As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in valuing a diverse portfolio of investments, including co-investments, fund investments, and direct positions. You will collaborate closely with the Pantheon Valuation Committee (PVC), the Fund Finance Team, the Investment Team, and the Portfolio Data & Fund Valuations Team, ensuring accurate and insightful analysis that drives our investment strategies forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Credit Valuation Analysis: Conduct in-depth valuation analysis across our investment portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry best practices.
  • Strategic Contributions: Provide technical support and resolve valuation-related queries, contributing to continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a high-performing team to prepare and deliver accurate NAV reports and valuation outputs.
  • Audit Support: Assist in managing annual audits related to valuations, ensuring seamless communication with external audit teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and Pantheon policies, ensuring compliance at all times.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Credit Valuations experience required 
  • Expertise in private capital valuation, with a solid understanding of valuation methodologies under IPEV, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  • Experience in valuation and operational aspects of servicing semi-liquid funds is highly valued.
  • A strong academic background with a degree emphasizing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Progress towards ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
