About You:
You have successfully transitioned from a career in Private Equity or banking to a startup environment, and you thrive in it. You love the fast pace of solving scaleup business challenges. As a natural problem-solver, you are numbers-driven, collaborative, and excited to be the first dedicated FP&A resource, building systems and processes from scratch. You excel at distilling data and complexity into simple takeaways (the ‘so what’) and actionable next steps.
About The Role:
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will have a front-row seat to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board.
What You Will Own:
Financial Model: Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s financial model to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Business Planning and Growth Strategy: Lead both short-term and long-term business planning, aligning financial strategies with overall company goals.
Business Case Development: Create business cases for incremental investments and strategic initiatives.
Budgeting Process: Oversee the entire budgeting process, including annual budgeting and monthly budget-to-actual reporting.
Financial Reporting: Assist with internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators across the organization, ensuring accountability.
Capital Markets Support: Provide support for capital markets activities as needed.
Requirements:
Proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience in automating manual financial processes.
Metrics and data-driven decision-maker.

The total compensation range for this position in the United States is $140,000 to $187,000. The total compensation package includes benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. Compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
