Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting the servicing of loans. Key responsibilities include loan processing, researching, documenting loan history and responding to customers, investors or other 3rd party inquiries. Job expectations include handling complex levels of transactions with limited supervision to complete daily tasks and duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Supports the servicing of loans, including foreclosure, mortgage, securities lending, and specialty loans, ensuring adherence to state and local regulatory requirements to minimize financial risk exposure
  • Processes routine transactions and documents loan history and activity
  • Analyzes requests and determines an appropriate course of action in accordance with established guidelines and regulations for customer, investor, or other third-party inquiries
  • Researches and prepares loan documentation with limited supervision
