You'll own everything from prospecting new leads, to building relationships, educating clients about Forward, and closing deals. We need a highly motivated self-starter with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for talented individuals to lead our in-person Membership Advisor team.  In this role, you will be the face of Forward - educating prospective members on the benefits of having accessible, preventative healthcare through their Forward Membership.
Logistical Details:

Compensation: On-target earnings $125K ($25/hr base + uncapped commissions)

Location: Chandler Fashion Center CarePod (Chandler, AZ)
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite (please note: this may include nights and weekends)
