Position Summary

The TV Data & Process Innovation Analyst will support the TV team by enhancing operational efficiency through data automation, process improvements, and AI-driven workflow solutions.
The role focuses on optimizing reporting systems such as MS, WOS, PSI, and pricing trackers to improve speed, accuracy, and cross-team visibility.
The graduate will be involved in building new automated tools that reduce manual workload for the team, while assisting in competitor, pricing, and promotional analysis. The position offers exposure to end-to-end product operations, including market analysis, performance tracking, and preparing insights for management.
The graduate will have opportunities to experiment with AI tools for forecasting, data cleansing, and content summarization.
This role is designed to provide hands-on practical experience while contributing real value to the commercial operations and decision-making processes.

Role and Responsibilities

- Automate recurring reporting tasks (MS, WOS, PSI, pricing dashboards).
- Develop simple data-processing scripts (Excel, VBA, Python optional).
- Use AI tools for workflow improvements (summaries, forecasting experiments, competitor scraping).
- Support product performance reporting and retail analysis.
- Maintain and improve TV pricing and promotion tracking tools.
- Prepare consolidated insights for PM team, HOD, and cross-functional partners.

Skills and Qualifications

- Build automated weekly sell-out reports and dashboards.
- Create templates for pricing and promotional analytics.
- Implement AI-based tools for summarizing retailer reports and competitive movements.
- Maintain market share, inventory, and WOS databases with high accuracy.
- Gather and organize competitor promotional materials, line-ups, and price changes.
- Assist during peak commercial periods with consolidation and insight preparation.

Requisitions:

B.A- Data Analytics / Operations / Industrial Eng. / Data Science or any business related Major(completed in the past 12 months)

English- a Must
