We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team for fixed term contract ( 9 months) with possibility to extend. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of quality control equipment and systems, manage effective data collection, and perform advanced statistical analysis. You will support the plant in identifying quality-related issues, drive process improvements, and participate in global quality projects.

Responsibilities :
•    taking part in various projects improving the quality of products (cans and ends) in all factories of the CP group and customers
•    performs measurements of products (cans, ends, beverages) (external benchmarking) and CP (including those advertised by customers) in order to provide data needed in decision-making processes, choosing strategies, etc.
•    updating, developing new testing databases for beverage testing proper testing in QA lab
•    effective collection of raw data and preparation of necessary documentation
•    analyzes customer specifications to confirm that CANPACK can meet the requirements
•    trend analyzes and advanced statistical analysis of processes
•    conducting internal and external audits. Preparing the department for 3rd party audits
•    search for the necessary data and quality information and proper data implementation and providing customers with the necessary information on the tested product
•    trains employees of the department and other employees of the group

Qualifications:
•    Education: Food Safety, Commodity Science, Packaging Production Technology
    Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience
•    Technical Skills: MS Office (including SharePoint), Statistical analysis software (MiniTab, Statistica).
•    Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, ability to coordinate meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives, multitasking and proactive approach.
•    Competencies: the ability to understand, correctly interpret procedures and documents and create them
•    Languages : Polish C2 ( fluent) ; English B1 ( intermediate )
