Job Description:

Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities

  • The Senior Professional, Project Manager will gather customer requirements, provide technical coordination, manage activities, timelines and resources associated with technical IT projects as well as managing the success of the projects.
  • The project manager will work together with Database Administrators, Content Designers and Application Configuration Analysts to implement projects for clients of CoreLogic product/technology solutions.
  • Acting as client’s single point of contact, independently manages multiple medium to large scale complex application and database implementation projects from inception to installation; exercise project control and status reporting techniques.
  • Identify risks and mitigation, formulate and define project scope; define technical implementation steps and manage client expectations. 
  • Owns the implementation lifecycle and is responsible for managing all technical risks throughout the project.  Drive project completion across cross functional groups, anticipating and removing barriers.
  • Engage customer throughout project to gather project requirements, solicit feedback about configuration, and provide guidance and education about the Matrix application / Real Estate Applications

  • Risk Tamer: Identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and keep the project on track. You’re the guardian of successful project delivery!
  • Scope Shaper: Define project scope, break it down into technical steps, and manage client expectations. Your clarity ensures smooth sailing.
  • Barrier Breaker: Anticipate and remove obstacles. You’re the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Matrix Maestro: Educate clients about the Matrix application, solicit feedback, and guide them through the implementation journey.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable industry preferred
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology implementation environment
  • Strong understanding of technology and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Knowledge of databases and data mapping used for ETLprocesses a plus
  • The ability to work with third parties to integrate their products
  • Packaged and customized software experience including all standard business applications
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Demonstrated strength in issues management and problem resolution
  • Strong judgment and problem analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Influence, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Meeting facilitation and management
  • Knowledge and formal training in real estate technology and/or real estate industry is a plus

Annual Pay Range:

76,700 - 103,500 USD
