Project Manager - 340B Program

Reporting to the Senior Director – Department of 340B Programs, the Project Manager - 340B Programs oversees the enterprise-wide hospital/mixed use 340B program for NewYork-Presbyterian. The Program Manager ensures program coordination as a liaison with Pharmacy Operations, Epic Willow, Finance and vendors, ensures the covered entity's compliance with the 340B Program's details, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree

  • Clinical expertise (Pharmacist/RN)

  • Training / License: Apexus 340B University ACE Certified

Required Education

  • Pharm.D. – Doctor of Pharmacy from ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience at a DSH covered entity

Required Critera

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospital based pharmacy with a strong focus on pharmacy operations, technology, and finance.
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
  • Must have operational understanding of the regulations with the HRSA 340B program.
  • Should be able to navigate databases and work with spreadsheets and produce Operational and Financial reports upon request.
  • Ability to work with or learn 340B split-billing software programs (i.e., Macro Helix).
  • Familiarity with billing practices within the health care environment and systems used to manage the program.
  • Understand charge master maintenance for hospital billing.

Salary Range:

$97,000-$145,000/Annual
