Director, Business Operations Program Management

Sabre is hiring a Director to manage strategic operations and programs across global cross-functional teams. This leader will have the opportunity to ensure acceleration of our strategic, company-wide priorities by driving operational excellence.
This role is based out of our global headquarters in Southlake, TX and offers a hybrid remote work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Leads the development and execution of the Product Development workforce planning roadmap, to optimize and scale an evolving global team and to create strategic short and long term plans.
Collaborate with the HS PD leaders and Hospitality Business stakeholders, People Team, and Finance to review existing workforce needs, strategize for the future and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
Oversee workforce planning initiatives including headcount metrics analysis, forecasting, plan roll-out, processes and controls.
Oversee 3rd party partner management to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Drive performance metrics and key performance indicators to derive value and results
Support complex, strategic programs by driving planning, timing and reporting to ensure delivery of program commitment.
Coordinate and align efforts across matrix-managed teams to define and maintain program goals and schedules.
Manage ongoing work through a strategic framework, leveraging program management tools and reporting to drive program deliverables.
Drive alignment and adherence to standards and direction set by an operating model.
Facilitate program-level issues and change management resolution.
Oversee large operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
Leverage technical expertise and relationships with SME’s (subject matter experts) to conduct root cause analysis and solution complex operating model challenges.
Develop and produce metrics-driven reporting to represent program status, risks, dependencies and actions.
A successful candidate will have:
8-10 years of experience leading and managing multiple complex programs
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or relevant work experience, MBA preferred
Proven track record of driving large programs and meeting critical milestones and timelines
Previous success with driving operational excellence
Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience and understanding of how to work with global teams
Ability to identify, communicate, and connect with key decision makers
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organization
Strong influential skills while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive and implement change
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills delivering complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about the travel technology industry
Strong data reporting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice To Have Skills:
Experience using project management tools
Experience leading large-scale strategic programs with multiple stakeholders
