Job title: Medical Manager Specialty Pipeline

Position Summary

You will be a Medical Manager Specialty Pipeline based in Greece with a strong focus on clinical development activities. You will act as the local medical interface for investigators, clinical sites and academic centres, across the development lifecycle for Specialty drugs. Through high‑quality scientific exchange and insight generation, you will contribute to robust trial execution and inform local and global medical and development strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical development teams, build long‑term investigator partnerships, and make a meaningful impact on patient access to innovative therapies.

This is an individual contributor position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide scientific input to country‑level feasibility by identifying and engaging investigators and clinical sites to support site selection, country readiness, and mitigation of recruitment risks.
• Support early‑ and late‑phase clinical development programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusted scientific relationships with investigators, study teams, and academic centres across Greece.
• Participate in investigator meetings, site visits, and other trial‑related scientific interactions as appropriate.
• Provide scientific support to sites to facilitate patient identification, enrolment, and retention, in close collaboration with Clinical Operations.
• Gather and deliver high‑quality medical and scientific insights on disease management and patient journey to inform local strategy and build medical readiness.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, Global/European and Local Medical and other cross‑functional teams to support effective trial delivery.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs and ethical standards.

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related scientific field (Master’s or PhD preferred).

- Experience in a Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or Medical Science Liaison role in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.

- Strong ability to interpret and communicate clinical data and statistics clearly.

- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Greece as required.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a focus on building trusted relationships.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- PhD, MD or PharmD in a relevant therapeutic area.

- Experience in specialty (focus on respiratory).

- Familiarity with medical education, publications or advisory board activities.

- Comfort using data systems and digital tools to document engagements and insights.

- Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Location and working model

This role is based in Athens, Greece. The position is field-based and requires regular travel to meet external experts and visit clinical sites.

Greek Salary Range / Εύρος Μισθών Ελληνικά: : EUR 43,500 to EUR 72,500The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
