Job title: Medical Manager Specialty Pipeline
Location: Greece | Field‑based
Position Summary
You will be a Medical Manager Specialty Pipeline based in Greece with a strong focus on clinical development activities. You will act as the local medical interface for investigators, clinical sites and academic centres, across the development lifecycle for Specialty drugs. Through high‑quality scientific exchange and insight generation, you will contribute to robust trial execution and inform local and global medical and development strategy.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical development teams, build long‑term investigator partnerships, and make a meaningful impact on patient access to innovative therapies.
This is an individual contributor position.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related scientific field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Experience in a Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or Medical Science Liaison role in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate clinical data and statistics clearly.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Greece as required.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a focus on building trusted relationships.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- PhD, MD or PharmD in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Experience in specialty (focus on respiratory).
- Familiarity with medical education, publications or advisory board activities.
- Comfort using data systems and digital tools to document engagements and insights.
- Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Location and working model
This role is based in Athens, Greece. The position is field-based and requires regular travel to meet external experts and visit clinical sites.
Greek Salary Range / Εύρος Μισθών Ελληνικά: : EUR 43,500 to EUR 72,500The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
