As a Surgical Technologist, you will play an essential role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care by assisting surgeons and Registered Nurses throughout a wide range of operative procedures. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will help maintain a sterile field, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and support positive patient outcomes from the start of each procedure through completion.
In this hands-on role, you will prepare the operating room by organizing supplies and equipment, setting up sterile instrumentation, performing surgical counts, draping the sterile field, passing instruments during procedures, preparing sterile dressings, and cleaning instruments for terminal sterilization. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to expand your clinical expertise, work alongside experienced surgical professionals, and continuously build your skills while making a meaningful impact on every patient you serve.
A caregiver in this position work during a 3-6 month orientation| Orientation is Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm| Weekender Flex positions work both weekend shifts (12hours) + 1 weekday shift (12 hours) to be eligible for the bonus of 8 additional hours of pay (straight time, notovertime)| Weekenders will still have to orient and train on weekdays – 6:00am - 2:30pm before moving to weekend schedule.
