CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Senior Integration Developer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force.  The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. This is a Hybrid position located in Chantilly, VA.


The Opportunity:
In this role you will be part of a SCRUM team responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing uses cases for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.  You will implement solutions using ITOM capabilities as well as modify new integrations with Axonius.  This includes configuring data mapping between authoritative source and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as required and documenting the integration to train POC(s) on actions to take when they change their system.  You may also need to update integrations to Flexera and ServiceNow CMDB to change how data is normalized and stored.  You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and training.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities. 
  • A strong understanding of Axonius and Flexera
  • A strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL. 
  • A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. 
  • Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
  • Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
  • Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint


Qualifications:

  • DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 15+ Years experience.  Relevant experience (a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with Axonius Platform and ServiceNow ITOM
  • JavaScript/AngularJS development experience. 
  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP. 
  • At least one of the following certifications: 

-Certified ServiceNow Administrator 

-Certified ServiceNow Developer 

  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.


Desired:

  • Agile or Scrum Master Certification
  • Acts independently to expose and resolve problems
  • Experience working in the Department of Defense

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
