Lynx Financial Crime Tech is looking for an Junior Business Intelligence within the finance area based in our Madrid office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior Business Intelligence you will work withing Finance department assigned mainly to Business intelligence and performance measurement, management dashboards creation and FP&A tasks.

The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:

• Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes across the company.

• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.

• Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.

• Analyze large amounts of information to identify trends and patterns.

• Monitor and analyze business performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Build predictive models and ‘what-if’ simulations

• Present information using data visualization techniques

• Participate in implementation of tools and processes.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's Degree in, Mathemathics, Statistics, Physics  or equivalent field.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, and Python.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView…).

• Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra).

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

• Willing to learn and develop financial concepts (profitability, pricing, etc…) using data analysis.

• English advance.
