The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Train-and-Place with Commitment to Hire) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore’s Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand.

The training programme consists of 15 months of local attachment with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. For more information, please visit Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals

A certificate will be given to successful trainees upon completion of the programme.


What will you do?

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of SAP master data based on input from Local Business Owners of various functions

  • Participate in relevant SAP Master Data Forum

  • Identify continuous improvement/best practices opportunities

  • Assist Business Process Manager in providing site SAP system related support, including:

    • Identify, propose and implement improvements to SAP

    • Provide SAP system support

    • Manage SAP system change (e.g. change request, testing, training)

    • Support projects when needed with both local and global teams

  • Work in collaboration with Quality Assurance to establish and maintain high standards of cGMP for site SAP activities in compliance with GSK and regulatory standards

    • Ensure inspection readiness at all times

    • Support regulatory audits/inspections

  • Comply with appropriate safety regulations and policies

What will you learn?

  • Experience development opportunities, including instructor led training, that will equip you to become a SAP specialist and with business process knowledge

  • You will gain in-depth knowledge of SAP production master data and the creation and maintenance of it in SAP

  • Develop knowledge of SAP and an understanding of inter-dependencies among the various SAP modules to manage the cause and effects

  • You will gain insight into GxP compliance in a Pharmaceutical Industry
