About the Role
To develop creative and engaging content and presentation slides for various communication channels targeted for Agency Force , including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, marketing materials. Assists department heads/supervisor in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Agency and liaise with other functions for implementation of initiatives and projects. Provides all-round and comprehensive operational support to agents.Agency Communication Creative (70%)
• Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative content that aligns with communication goals
• Generate visual and written content that effectively communicates key messages to our target audience; Agency Force
• Create and design engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia content, presentation slides for Agency Kick Offs and other events
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of communication materials, Agency Contest & Campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategy
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various communication initiatives
• Assists department supervisor in identifying and providing all-round and comprehensive support and services for agents related to communications
• Facilitating effective communication within the agency and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and priorities.
• Participates in a range of activities related to agent services and to comply with the AIA guidelines; (e.g social media marketing and compliance)
• Prepares regular tracker/reports on agency activities to department head for review
Other responsibilities (30%)
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
• Support other distribution channel on their communication related requests.
• Manage other projects initiated by AIA Group that are part of Agency Operations such as Digitalization
