What You Will Do:

The Project Manager for Change Management will be responsible for applying research and analysis to build fact-based communication materials to develop a common operating picture of a large, international program’s mission efforts towards achieving complete asset management. The Project Manager will also be responsible for facilitating client interviews and workshops aimed to gathering organizational requirements towards achieving mission outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include:  

  • Plan and facilitate client large and small meetings to gather both internal and external requirements, assess barriers to implementation, develop strategies to adjudicate and/or prioritize organizational requirements

  • Oversee a team of requirements analysts focused on consolidating requirements across both government and industry 

  • Develop strategies to gain customer buy-in and/or adoption towards a commonly understood solution and roadmap for execution

  • Draft executive leadership briefs for the client or advise communications through ongoing complex organizational transformations using best practices in change management


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance or the ability to obtain one

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of education

  • FIVE (5) or more years’ of experience supporting federal government customers in change management, and/or strategic communication

  • Must be able to independently travel within the Washington, DC Metro area to meet with employees, prospective candidates, and Federal clients.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's Degree in Business or a STEM-related field of study

  • Experience in Federal Accounting, Acquisition, Asset Management and/or Financial Management

  • THREE (3) or more years’ of people management experience
