Job Purpose

• The Director Website and Marketing Technology provides strategic and operational leadership for the health system’s public-facing website and other digital platforms.
• Responsible for the performance, governance, and evolution of the health system’s websites, CRM and other digital experience platforms, analytics, SEO, GEO, and AI-driven marketing technology to support brand, growth, access, and consumer relations goals.
• Responsible for the patient-facing physician referral call center, which helps patients make appointments with appropriate providers.
• Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

Licenses and/or Certifications:

• N/A

Work Experience:

• 7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or marketing technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
