The Role:
In this role we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated team member who has proven ability to inspire & lead teams and partner & collaborate effectively to manage through change and drive growth.
This role is responsible for managing the TTS Liquidity Management Services product line covering Turkey suited under Turkey, Israel and Kazakhstan (TIK) sub-cluster . It is responsible for the successful deployment and execution of the MEA regional LMS strategy and ensuring alignment with regional LMS priorities to sustain innovation and growth of the product. This role is also responsible for day-to-day management of deposits and designated cash overdrafts and pooling capabilities. Additional responsibilities include operational support of the technology development effort as well as strong engagement of the LMS product teams.
The incumbent will be responsible for taking a leading role in the partnership with Citi Treasury, both from a balance sheet direction, hedging strategy and an integral part of the Balance Sheet Costing groups helping steer the direction of the transfer pricing, capital, and liquidity management of the firm. They will have a key role on the TTS Turkey, LMS TIK and LMS MEA Leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Business
Developing, implementing, and executing Turkey LMS initiatives in line with TIK priorities and plans that are aligned with global strategy and regional priorities.
Responsible for the interaction and partnership with regional corporate treasury for deposit strategy, hedging program and treasury policy for TTS Turkey
Leads the identification, review, shaping and advisement of balance sheet and LMS business related matters requiring senior level engagement and may provide back up as needed to respective forums
Day-to-day management of the TTS Turkey LMS business including ownership of the P&L, strategy, execution, efficient resource allocation and talent recruitment, as well as development.
Developing the investment case across Turkey for winning LMS TTS product innovation investment spend to introduce and embed game changing solutions including real time liquidity for key markets
Develops a strong client -centric orientation through consistent and high-quality client engagement with key fund providers. Ensures the client lens is applied when Turkey LMS product strategy and balance sheet optimization tactics are developed and executed.

Risk Management & Governance
Ensuring focus on Risk, documentation and Compliance, including Product Approval Programs, NAC and Sufficient Assurance Internal Audits for Turkey
Ensure compliance with overall product management with appropriate controls including ARCMs.
Ensuring that the business governance framework is effective and complete, including escalation protocol to both business, regional management, as well as the 2nd line of defense;
Ensuring visibility and interface with key regulators from time to time.

Key Stakeholders
Partnering with and taking a leadership role as a member of the TTS Turkey, LMS TIK and LMS MEA management team
Partnering with and taking a leadership role with Turkey corporate treasury, and Turkey Markets Treasury.
Working closely with other relevant stakeholders including Banking, CCB, FX, (amongst others) and coordinating with the regional teams.
Being a senior lead and contact for Citi's key clients in the sub cluster.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of geographical industry players and ecosystem, as well as industry networks preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Solid knowledge of regulations, asset-liability management and funds transfer pricing practices, regulatory & market practices, and bank operations
Recognized execution and result oriented skills
Entrepreneurial approach, strong client relationship skills
