• 根据生产计划的安排，做好包括种子罐，发酵罐，补料罐和存放罐在内的所有罐体、管道的清洗、拆检和灭菌工作，要求严格执行操作规程和工艺规程的规定，确保灭菌过程的准确性，有效性和彻底性。 

• 根据生产计划的安排，做好包括主发酵罐、存放罐在内的放罐操作，同时负责好灭活罐系统的处理工作。

• 具备液氨装卸和仪表校验操作技能的员工，协助灭菌岗位负责人完成液氨储罐的充装操作和仪表拆卸、中夜班仪表校验的操作。

• 具备运行监控岗位操作技能的员工，协助班组做好交替用餐时的现场参数监控工作，必要时服从班组的安排，协助运行岗位完成当班工作任务。
• 具备配料岗位操作技能的员工，必要时服从班组的安排，协助配料岗位员工完成配料当班的工作任务。
