Your team

You will join our supply chain team based in Malaysia office and will be reporting to the Product Supply Senior Manager or Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to lead delivery of warehouse operations targets for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship of one of multiple Distribution Centers/Warehouses, by ensuring that they have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements.
  • Contribute to and provide leadership for inventory reduction strategies
  • Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes
  • Identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses across the supply network
  • Build process capability & control and define equipment standards
  • Work with internal P&G partners and manage supplier companies to develop and execute commercial and technical agreements that will best meet our business needs
  • Identify and interpret new and emerging requirements that will affect future sourcing strategies
  • Engineering – source equipment and build new sites, to support P&G’s productivity improvements and business expansion.
  • Partner with Physical Distribution to lead the Transportation & Warehousing of our products with a cost effective and agile supply network

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or supply chain-related courses with an excellent academic background, and Supply Chain Managers with a maximum 3 years of proven experience in Supply Chain/ Logisitics / Inventory or Warehouse Management
  • Must have proven success of strong leadership from school or work experience
  • Strong data analytical skills and passion for winning
  • Ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
  • Strong interest in the commercial and customer aspects of business
  • Strong in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Software (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle)
  • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
