WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As Manager –Omnichannel Fulfillment, NA you will work in the Integrated Fulfillment Planning Organization using your leadership skills, end to end business knowledge, and supply chain expertise to ensure network readiness across the North America Supply Chain. Must be a highly motivated and driven manager with a passion for developing your team and mentoring. Detailed and organized, with the ability to strategically move projects forward, and react in the moment to operational needs. You love to solve problems and are comfortable leading through ambiguity to drive results. You are comfortable working across levels up to senior leadership and work collaboratively to ensure your partners are supported. 

Must be a self-starter, flexible problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots to help drive business opportunities. You will need to comfortably move between long-term strategic initiatives, and fast paced operational decision making. Forming connections with cross-functional partners mentioned previously, as well as in other organizations like finance, SCO, and tech will be critical to your success.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

As the Manager – Omnichannel Fulfillment, NA you and your team will be at the heart of the North America Supply Chain, planning and orchestrating the network with a focus on network readiness and inventory health. Your focus will be to serve the omni-channel marketplace at the appropriate Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) and as efficiently as possible. You and your team will work collaboratively across a wide range of NASC leaders to balance the needs of the channels with the capabilities of the network. In this highly visible position, you will use an analytical approach to identify the appropriate moves and strategies for the network to utilize our assets most efficiently, while orchestrating decision making across a broad set of high-level stakeholders. You and your team will be the faces of network readiness in North America. Representative responsibilities and projects include:

  • Develop and deploy KPIs to measure utilization of our network and drive decision making.
  • Determine inventory moves required to balance the network, work with cross functional teams to execute those moves, and assess the impactfulness of those moves based on how the network actualizes.
  • Participate in the evolution of the mid-range forecasting methodology to allow proactive decision making in the network and ensure coverage of the commercial needs of the business.
  • Develop a tracking process and methodology to monitor network moves and ensure their timely execution.
  • Plan and lead peak moment preparedness activities to deliver our most critical moments in North America.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

You will work collaboratively across commercial partners, channel leadership teams, DC and logistics leaders, and Marketplace Supply Chain leaders to ensure network readiness on an on-going basis. You will work with these same groups to ensure plans are in place to execute our peak moments.

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business analytics or a similar quantitative field required.  MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience required with an emphasis on business operations, supply chain, or business analytics/decision support.
  • Expertise in supply chain, business planning and operations, or transportation strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team, with demonstrated interest in continuous learning and leadership development strongly preferred.
  • Professional skill level in Excel, SQL, Tableau or other business intelligence platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to sift through large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, apply relevant techniques to test those hypotheses, and quickly and consistently make recommendations.
  • Ability to effectively present information, tell stories with data, respond to questions from key stakeholders, and influence decision making.
  • Experience, interest, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data in influence decision making.
  • Strong proven experience handling multiple project streams and delivering results across cross-functional teams. Propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented manner.
  • Experience in designing and implementing operational processes preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships across a multi-layered organization
