CACI is seeking a cleared Operations Analyst to support an Army Program Office at Fort Belvoir, VA.  You’ll independently apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. You may be assigned to participate in or lead project efforts to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Manage taskers and staffing packets
  • Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
  • Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
  • Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of  employees within the Program office
  • Archive Operations functional documents and information
  • Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
  • Plan and manage facility requirements
  • May be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • High School diploma and over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
  • Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting an Army Project or Product Manager office

Work Location:  Ft Belvoir, VA (at least 2 days per week; no FT remote)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
