What you will do

Logistics Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Senior Plants Manager and is responsible for providing efficient support and ensure success of procurement and logistic activities, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards. The Logistics coordinator will be based in Um Al Quwain and will be in-charge of implementation administrative and logistics activities, he/she will oversee keeping clear records for all administration and logistic operations.

How you will do it

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will;

•            Review contracts as per company's policies and procedures

•            Prepare certificates on origin that is issued from Chamber of commerce and economy department

•            Enter Order in system & follow the entry process.

•            Entering order details in Billing Tracker Sheet

•            Checking order is clean for releasing the Shipping Instructions

•            Coordinate with Logistics to release the Shipping Instructions and follow up for the shipping dates

•            Track the EX-Factory dates and Shipping details

•            Request for billing once Terms of Sales are met with the customer

•            Ensure that for all incoming orders and sales contracts, receives an order acknowledgement within maximum one week time.

•            All internal customer call related to orders

•            Prepare all presentation required as per Manager instruction

•            Execute work task as per Manager instruction 

What we look for

Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or similar field
  • 0-1 year of working experience / Intern experience in similar field
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Office programs and ERP systems
