Are you ready to make a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking an empathetic and energetic Ostomy Specialist and Inside Sales Representative to join our Ostomy Care team in Convatec Sweden. In this hybrid role, you will be the voice of our company, providing support to ostomy patients, and offer our solutions to health care professionals. Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient service and assess customers’ needs. Provide Convatec ostomy solutions and convert customers’ by offering optional solutions

  • Plan and execute Health Care Professional (HCP) sales calls and group presentations to sell Convatec solutions and train HCPs to use our products

  • Prospect and discover key customer lead opportunities. Cold calls, follow up on opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell. 

  • Responsible for maintaining programs and update customer data (both patient and HCP)

  • Develope strategic account plan and work closely with local sales team

Key requirements

  • Professional nursing background, preferable ostomy care

  • Living in Stockholm region

  • Competent in digital technology tools

  • Swedish, professional business proficiencies (Speaking/Writing/Reading) and English is mandatory (Speaking/Writing/Reading)

  • Customer service professional

  • Ability to work remotely and occasionally to travel

Education/ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Preferable a scientific degree (healthcare) and/or Ostomy Care product knowledge

  • Competent in digital technology tools

  • Effective communication skills

  • Customer expertise

  • Competent in CRM and data analysis tools
