The Program Project Coordinator (PPC) plays an essential role in supporting the leaders and teams who shape healthcare environments. By partnering closely with support staff across functions to coordinate meetings and schedules, this role helps bring people together, sustain momentum, and move meaningful work forward.
In this role, you will support programs and initiatives across Facilities Planning & Design by keeping workstreams aligned, communication flowing, and teams connected. You will play a key role in day-to-day coordination while helping strengthen scalable, repeatable processes that enhance project delivery across the business unit.
Success in this role looks like:
This role focuses heavily on calendaring support and strategically managing coordination of senior leadership and project meetings and events.
Coordinating inputs, tracking milestones, and supporting schedules across multiple concurrent efforts
Preparing materials, summaries, and follow-ups that keep stakeholders informed and aligned
Supporting process improvement and standardization efforts within Facilities Administration
Partnering closely with planners, designers, and operational teams to remove friction and keep work moving
Bringing strong communication, organization, and follow-through to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Facilities Administration within Facilities Planning & Design (FPD) drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. The team enhances project delivery by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and standardizing best practices across all functional areas. Through strategic initiatives and operational support, Facilities Administration improves quality, accelerates timelines, and maximizes organizational value.

A Brief Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, assist managing projects and programs which support the Stanford Hospital and Clinics organization and integration of the department. Provides leadership in the areas of financial management, human resources, communications, purchasing, inventory management, and other department support. Coordinates projects and activities. Serves as liaison to customers and other departments. Strong, positive relationships required with support departments as well as with vendors.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $43.77 - $56.90 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
