WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will be working with HR and Technology teams on HCM system projects, like upgrades and redesigns. The responsibilities will include gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and collaborating with various departments. It supports Workday's bi-annual updates, tests new features, and provides technical support. The role also ensures data quality and compliance, manages system security, and supports third-party integrations. Additionally, it includes ensuring project quality and contributing to roadmap development.

  • Partners with HR and Technology teams to lead HCM system related projects, including system upgrades, enhancement packages, releases and process redesign.
  • Work with HR partners to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes, and implement solutions
  • Create partnerships across HR, Payroll, IT and Accounting to support and deliver enhanced system solutions to the organization
  • Support the Workday bi-annual release process by evaluating and testing new features and recommending changes to stakeholders based on business needs. Support multiple functional areas of the system. Configure and implement business process and system enhancements that support business objectives
  • Assist in the training of managers and end users on Workday features and functionality
  • Provide functional and technical support, including answering user questions, and researching and resolving incidents and complex issues as needed
  • Audit and provide compliance support to ensure data quality and integrity in HR systems
  • Support Workday Security for system access
  • Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Grant permissions for existing security groups
  • Support third party vendor integrations
  • Ensure quality results on projects and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with stabilization requirements
  • Participate in roadmap development and module implementations

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience working with HR Applications in the corporate environment is required. 
  • Workday HCM configuration/troubleshooting experience within multiple fields (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll modules)
  •  Experience designing, testing, deploying and supporting Workday functionality in a multi-company, multi-state environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
  • Experience in Workday Custom Report Development, Calculated Fields, EIBs
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skill and ability to interface directly with business users is critical
  • Solid understanding of HR and Payroll Processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
