Answers inbound calls from members and potential members who have requests regarding their existing account(s) with Partners Federal Credit Union or about potential new accounts. Provides member service and uses consultative sales techniques to retain customers and build member loyalty. Uses computer programs to view account information to use during the call and also to document any changes to the member's account. Requires interaction with our members in an efficient and effective manner while providing complete and accurate information.

Knowledge & Skills:

Education Level: H.S. or GED / Some College
AND OR
Years of Experience: None to 2


Field of Study/Area of Experience:
Customer Service; Financial Services; Banking


Other Training/Technical Skills/Knowledge:
 Customer service experience
 Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette skills
 Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution
 Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills

Interactions:
This role interacts with approximately 50 to 60 members each day via inbound phone calls into the contact center. There is also a high level of interactions with peers and leadership throughout the course of the workday.
