Job Purpose

Drive the implementation of innovative brand management practices and programs for assigned brands/portfolio wrt revenue and profitability targets

Key responsibility – Innovative Vaccine brand

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the strategic planning process for business based on customer insights to enhance penetration

  • Develop innovative impactful promotional programs, activities and exact events to provide proper implementation of marketing plans in accordance to promotional cycles and current targets/tasks.

  • Optimally utilize available expenses to drive the same

  • Work on campaigns, supporting the preparation of the project brief, agency selection process, CEP registration, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of monthly report.

  • Review IMS, dash board and share monthly report with CBL

  • Work with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for materials

  • Train field force on product knowledge, positioning and prioritization

  • Control performance of the marketing plan by monthly/quarterly   monitoring of key performance indicators and monthly reporting KPIs to CL

  • Prepare Marketing slides for POA/Reviews and other important meetings

  • Work with Cross Functional Team to drive brand/portfolio objectives

  • Develop partnerships with multiple vendors to drive diagnostic infrastructure in the country

  • Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for a brand or TA

  • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)

  • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target

  • Monthly field communication on performance, action items for the brand

  • Drive Immunization campaigns and therapy shaping

  • Working with external partners to drive PCV vaccine awareness for consumers

Accountable

  • Brand Plan: review of brand strategies by CBL/regulatory / legal

  • Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs

  • Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

Shared Accountability

  • Develop Life cycle Management plan for Brand /Portfolio

  • Long-range forecasting for brand (with BU lead and CBL)

  • Develop promotional meetings strategy and drive execution

  • Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)

  • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical

Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience

  • 5-8 years of Marketing/Medical experience

  • Previous experience with Vaccines marketing preferred

  • Master's degree in management or MBA from Tier I/II or premium institute

  • Ability to work in co-promotion and matrix structure
