CACI is seeking a Senior level Project / Program Manager to serve as the Deputy IT Program Manager to augment the CACI Program Management Office (PMO) that is entrusted by the U.S. Government to provide operations and maintenance, and development of custom financial applications.   We value self-initiated team members who strive to produce high quality work through collaboration with team members and customers while making a difference through individual contributions to ensure project success for our team and our customers. As part of CACI’s Intel Application Services, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation’s safety, security, and prosperity. 

  

Duties include but are not limited to:  

  • Develop and present program related presentations to Government customers and stakeholders. 

  • Participate in human resource interviews and decision making. 

  • Coach, mentor, track, and report program related O&M and software development life cycle activities.  

  • Lead efforts to maintain IT Service Management processes, practices and disciplines.  

  • Lead efforts to maintain capability delivery roadmaps and schedules.  

  • Meet with Government customer daily supporting scheduled and ad-hoc meeting and informational requests. 

  • Work with contract delivery team members to design and solution custom and COTS capabilities. 

  • Administratively managing personnel CACI employees 

  • Serve as the Deputy IT Program Lead, taking on assignments as required. 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:   

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

  • 6+ years' experience serving in a similar leadership or deputy capacity.  

  • 6+ years' program or project management experience leading software development, and operations and maintenance efforts. 

  • 6+ years' IT Service Management experience leveraging incident, change, release and risk management services. 

  • 6+ years' experience working within Agile delivery methodologies. 

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Government customers. 

  • Demonstrated experience working closely with business analysts, requirements and process life cycles. 

  • Experience working within an Agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.    

  • Experience managing software systems development in the IC community.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word and other tools.  

  • Excellent presentation development and delivery skills using MS PowerPoint.  

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:   

  • Experience managing and supporting Financial Applications.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
